The Beast and the Beauty [K-Movie] (2005)

Dong Gun struggles with low self-esteem due to a scar near his right eyebrow. His life changes when he meets Hae Joo, a blind girl who mistakes his car for a taxi. As he becomes her guide, describing the world to her, Dong Gun falls for her, believing her blindness makes her perfect for him. Over three years, they grow close, but everything shifts when Hae Joo is told she can regain her sight through surgery. Dong Gun fears losing her once she can see and is further troubled when his high school idol, Jun Ha, unexpectedly reappears and also falls for Hae Joo.
