Mokomi: Kanojo Chotto Hendakedo [J-Drama] (2021)

As a child, Shimizu Mokomi created her own imaginary world, talking to stuffed toys, rocks, and plants. Her ability to sense emotions in inanimate objects made her an outcast, and she stopped going to school in 5th grade. She eventually graduated through correspondence courses and spent most of her time in her fantasy world. At 20, she took a part-time job at a factory, picking out defective items. A year later, still working there, her odd behavior starts causing trouble. On her 22nd birthday, someone unexpectedly visits her.
